Oh this family! I don’t really have favourites because in all my 250+ weddings and near 200+ family shoots I haven’t really worked with anyone I haven’t adored. But these guys are a bit special. I met them back in 2014 and have been fortunate enough to photograph them on five very wonderful occasions!

Meeting little brother Jesse yesterday was just so lovely. It was touch and go due to the pandemic whether this shoot could go ahead, but luckily he made his appearance right in time as lockdown ended and I was there with bells on! I hadn’t seen Heidi since last Summer, and my what an absolute cracker she is! I could honestly have stayed all day just chatting away to her, such a bright little button and a ray of sunshine. Jesse was adorable throughout and so laid back! I don’t think I heard a peep out of him all session!

It was an equally special shoot because it came not long after my session with gorgeous little Barney, who is Jesse & Heidi’s cousin! What a lovely thing knowing they will grow up together, no doubt surrounded by so much love. I just adore my time spent with all of Lottie’s family, they are truly a special bunch!
