Birthday session at home

Sweet little Vivi turned one and I was lucky enough to be there on her birthday for a special family shoot in the Surrey Hills. Another fabulous wedding couple of mine from a few years ago and it was just glorious to meet their sweet little girl at last. I think we can all agree she is utterly gorgeous and I was totally taken in with that cheeky little smile!

It was lovely to be back at her Dad’s family home which is where they held their wedding, so special to be able to capture some memories with their little girl there too. Here are a few favourites from our shoot!

Theo & Sienna – Bushy Park

Bushy Park Spring Session

This was a session that was long awaited! I think it ended up being postponed three times but it was so worth the wait as we had perfect weather and not too busy a day at Bushy on a weekend! Theo & Sienna was such sweet children, and the whole session was a dream to capture. The family relocated shortly after the shoot and it was lovely to be able to capture some memories in a place they’d called home since their children were born.

Frensham Little Ponds Session

There is a reason I hold so many sessions at Frensham Little Ponds! It is just AMAZING for space, light, colour, texture and all sorts of places for your little ones to run around. I first met Mum & Dad at a wedding I photographed in 2021 and was delighted when they asked me to capture their family for them.

We lucked out big time with the light and had an absolute blast chasing Henry & Lily up and down the hill and through the trees. I do feel oh so lucky doing this job, it really is a gift. Here are a few from our chilly and beautiful morning!
